Twist of fate : Meet the ladies

I always think that wonderful people easily find each other. I met Nancy forever ago. Never see each other, but we keep in touch. And, bump into each other shopping here and there... ;) Melissa and I met through ballet and I cherish every moment I have with her at board meetings, ballet class (I rarely go..) and Pilates class. She is an incredible instructor. With the power of Facebook, they became united, on their own! I saw this mutual "friendship" start and was so happy!! And, the cleanse we are about to embark on was random as well. I posted that I ate too much, Melissa said "join us on this cleanse", and well, here I am! We will use this blog to track our progress and list our achievements. If I have the guts, Ill even post Before & Afters. If you would like to join us on this adventure in clean eating, the Isagenix cleanse and getting healthy -- let us know!!! The more the merrier!!!

    I LOVE my Sarah B. (my other Sarah B since my sister is Sarah B too-) but it kind of always felt like a sister-thing with us. . and who better to "cleanse" and kvetch with than a Sista. Funny thing- Sarah B-- I was scrolling through facebook 2 years ago exactly feeling fat and bloated when I saw my friend Janna's posting about her 2nd day on Isagenix cleanse and how great SHE Felt. . so I said, enough, enough. . sign me up Janna! Two years ago and I never looked back-- increased HEALTH in so many ways. Now I am doing 30 day cleanse for first time. Excited to feel GREAT with my gals.
